Gaming is Headed for the PitS…
Lake Villa, Il., May 07, 2006 –
“I’ve seen the writing on the wall for the role playing industry, and I have to say that in my opinion, its headed for PitS.” That was the quote from designer Christopher Clark of Inner City Games Designs early this May concerning the release of their new role playing game Playin’ in the Streets.
A fast-paced and extremely violent role playing game with a comical twist, Playin’ in the Streets makes players the criminal antagonists in parodies of the worst police dramas of the 70’s and 80’s. A remake of their popular classic Inner City role playing game of the early 1980s, Playin’ in the Streets is a virtual reality game played with pen and paper that will turn even the mildest of role-players into a bullet-spraying die-hard vigilante.
“The rules are fast and fun, “ Chris went on, “without the heavy involvement that most players feel when playing a more serious game. Power is easy to come by in this game, but there’s a lot of it… so there’s always something more. This unique combination gives players rapid advancement without ever running out of steam. Its power gaming at its finest!”
Playin’ in the Streets (ICG7400) is due to release May 29th, 2006. For more information, check out www.fuzzyheroes.com
